What We Do
Tembusu Games is a Singapore-based game-based learning studio. We design and deliver programmes that help schools, corporates, and government agencies teach complex topics through games — because people learn better when they're actively engaged in making decisions, not passively receiving information.
The problem we solve
Most training and education programmes struggle with the same problem: participants sit through content, enjoy it in the moment, and retain very little two weeks later. We design experiences where the learning happens through play — where participants make decisions, face consequences, and reflect on what that means for their real lives and work.
How we work
Design — We create custom game-based experiences built around your specific learning outcomes, audience, and context. No off-the-shelf programmes.
Deliver — Our facilitators run the session and manage the experience from start to finish. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Measure — We track knowledge and attitude change before and after every programme so you can see what shifted. Not just whether participants had fun.

About the founder
Tembusu Games' programs are led by Dexter, a CFA charterholder and Financial Risk Manager with an MBA from INSEAD and a background in fintechm investments and entrepreneurship. He combines serious subject matter expertise with hands-on game design — which means our programmes are both credible and genuinely engaging.
