Full Terms & Conditions

  1. General
  2. By participating in the Tournament, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, supplement, or waive any of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The most current version governs.
  4. The Organiser's decisions on all matters relating to the Tournament are final and binding.

2. Tournament format

  1. The Tournament is held on 4 July 2026 across three time blocks: 10am–1pm, 2pm–5pm, and 6pm–9pm.
  2. The winner of each time block is the player who completes a qualifying game in the shortest recorded time within that block.
  3. All game times must be officially recorded by the designated Timekeeper. Any game not timed by the Timekeeper shall not be eligible for ranking or prizes.
  4. No player may play two games consecutively. At least one other player must complete a game between any two attempts by the same player.
  5. The current leading player and their time for each time block will be displayed publicly during the event.

3. Prizes

  1. One (1) prize will be awarded per time block, to the player with the fastest officially recorded time. In the event of a tie, the earlier entry is the winner.
  2. Each prize consists of one (1) copy of NEXT STATION: The Singapore MRT Game and one (1) 2026 Booster Pack, delivered by post to the winner's provided address.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

4. Winner obligations

  1. Winners must submit their particulars via the Organiser's designated Google Form.
  2. Required particulars include: full name, email address, WhatsApp contact number, and postal address for prize delivery.
  3. Failure to respond (via email / WhatsApp) to the Organiser within 2 days may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Organiser's sole discretion.

5. Data protection

  1. Personal data collected from winners will be used solely for the purposes of prize fulfilment and general marketing communications by the Organiser.
  2. By submitting their particulars, winners consent to such collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
  3. Winners may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the Organiser, without affecting their entitlement to the prize.

6. Photography & media

  1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the Tournament for social media and promotional purposes.
  2. By participating in the Tournament, participants consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such images or footage by the Organiser.
  3. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should not participate in the Tournament.

7. Disqualification & conduct

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, breach of these Terms, or for any reason the Organiser deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.
  2. Participants must comply with all venue rules and the reasonable instructions of event staff.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants in connection with the Tournament, except to the extent required by law.
  2. Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with the Tournament shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
