Terms & Conditions of the Heritage Art Contest

1. Contest Period:
The "Heritage Art Contest - Lau Pa Sat" (the "Contest") begins on 1st September 2025 and ends on 30th September 2025, at 23:59 (GMT+8).

2. Eligibility:
This Contest is open to all individuals. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, you must:

  • Create an original sketch or artwork of Lau Pa Sat.
  • Upload a photo of your sketch to your public Instagram account.
  • In the caption of your post, you must tag both @NextStationSG and @foodfolks.sg.
  • Your Instagram account must be public to allow the organizers to view your submission.

4. Prize:
The winner(s) of the Contest will receive one (1) game box of NEXT STATION: The Singapore MRT Game (SG60 Edition). The number of winners will be determined at the sole discretion of Tembusu Games.

5. Judging and Winner Notification:
All valid entries will be reviewed by Tembusu Games. The winning entry will be selected based on:

  • creativity (10%),
  • originality (10%), and
  • social media engagement (80%).

Tembusu Games' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @NextStationSG Instagram Account by Thursday, October 10, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.

6. Rights and Ownership:
By submitting an entry, you grant Tembusu Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and publish your submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes across all media channels, with or without credit to the artist.

7. General Conditions:

  • Entries must be your original work. Plagiarized or AI-generated artwork will be disqualified.
  • Tembusu Games reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
  • Tembusu Games, reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
